Dinner party tonight! I cut up a chicken to make serving easier for guests. Going to freeze the carcass and odd bits for a stock. I hope no one wants the skin from the chicken back… It’s my favorite when it’s crispy!!

Roasting a diminutive #springlakefarm eye round roast for my husband and father-in-law who have been working in the garden all afternoon. I love to add mushrooms to extend portions. This 1.33 pound roast will seem like a feast!!
